Sensei Ali began his study of martial arts in 1984. He has studied the Kyokushin Karate as well as Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. He has black belt in different styles of Karate and is officially a Certified Master Instructor (Ajarn) under Grand Master Toddy and the Muay Thai International Association, an officially registered organization with the Royal Government of Thailand-Ministry of Education. He also is a certified Fitness Kickboxing Instructor under Fitness Kickboxing Canada. In March 2013 he has recieved the Muay Thai Hall of Fame Leadership Award and awarded as the Best Instructor of the Year by Muay Thai International Association in Thailand. In the same year,  he awareded the Rank of Sandan (3rd Dan) Kyokushinkai by Kaicho Farzinzad. In Aug 2013, Kaicho Farzinzad assigned him as the International Kyokushinkai Union Canada Branch Chief as well.  Sensei Ali has PhD degree in Construction Management and is the founder and owner of ZenQuest Martial Arts Club. He is currently teaching kids and adult students for the purpose of fitness and fighting.
